(b)On February 13, 2019, Ms. Sandra Beach Lin notified WESCO International, Inc. (the “Company”) of her retirement from the Board of Directors effective upon the scheduled expiration of her term at the 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May30, 2019. Her retirement is not due to any disagreement with the Company. On February 19, 2019, the Company issued a press release regarding this matter. A copy of the press release is filed on Exhibit99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
