On July 23, 2019, VistaGen Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has granted U.S. Patent No. 10,322,138 related to methods of treating major depressive disorder (“MDD”) with the Company\’s PH10 neuroactive nasal spray, a potential first-in-class, neurosteroid administered in microgram doses for treatment of MDD.
