Item 8.01. Other Events.

On July21, Virtu KCG Holdings LLC (“KCG”), a subsidiary of Virtu Financial,Inc., redeemed the outstanding 6.875% Senior Secured Notes due 2020 issued by KCG at a redemption price equal to 103.438% of the principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest, to the indenture, dated as of March13, 2015 (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified), by and among KCG, the subsidiary guarantors party thereto and The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee and collateral agent.
