On May 8, 2017, our Board approved and filed an Amended Restated
Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of Wyoming
to: (i) increase our authorized common stock to 5,000,000,000
shares. A true and correct copy of the Amended Restated
Certificate of Incorporation is attached hereto as an Exhibit and
is incorporated herein by reference.
