On March 4, 2019, we issued a press release announcing that Dr. Isabella Cunningham has decided not to stand for re-election as a director at our 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The Board of Directors appointed Dr. Cunningham as Director Emeritus through December 31, 2019. A copy of our press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
