(“Validus”) was published on Validus’ website located at www.validusholdings.com in the “Investors” section under “Governance Documents.” The FCR has been filed with the Bermuda Monetary Authority and includes, among other things, details of Validus’ business and performance, governance structure, risk profile, solvency valuation, capital management and regulatory capital requirements at and for the year ended December 31, 2016.
