On January 16, 2018, Ms. Nadine Bowers notified the Registrant’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) that she will not stand for re-election as a director at the Registrant’s 2018 annual meeting of shareholders.Ms. Bowers confirmed that her decision was not the result of any disagreement or dispute with the Registrant.
