On July 6, 2017, Chris Robbins, the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of USD Partners GP LLC, the general partner of USD Partners LP, provided notice of resignation from his role with USD Partners GP LLC to pursue other opportunities. Upon Mr. Robbins departure, Adam Altsuler, the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of USD Partners GP LLC will assume the additional role of principal accounting officer.
