On December 5, 2018, the board of directors of Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania (the "Corporation") elected Robert C. Wonderling, who is presently serving as an Alternate Director of the Corporation, as a Class III director, effective January 1, 2019, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of R. Lee Delp on October 1, 2018.
