On November 27, 2017, UnitedHealth Group Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release affirming its 2017 financial outlook and providing initial projections for 2018. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
The Company will host a livestream webcast of the management presentations and question and answer sessions. The webcast will begin at 8:00 AM EST on November 28, 2017, and will be available through the Company’s Investors page at www.unitedhealthgroup.com. A replay of the webcast will be available on the Company web site through January 2, 2018.
