On November 20, 2017, UnitedHealth Group Incorporated (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it will host its annual investor conference with analysts and investors in New York City on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 (the "Investor Conference"). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
The Company will host a LiveStream webcast beginning at 8:00 a.m. EST of the management presentations and question and answer sessions from the Investor Conference from its Investors page at www.unitedhealthgroup.com. A replay of the Investor Conference will be available on the Company website through January 2, 2018. The Company will make a digital package of conference materials available on its Investors page at www.unitedhealthgroup.com.
