Folsom has announced her intention to resign from her position as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer & Senior Vice President – Government Affairs of the Company, effective December 29, 2017. Deputy General Counsel, Richard Fruehauf, assumes day to day responsibility for legal and compliance operations and government affairs will be handled by the Chief Executive Officer, David Burritt, to allow Ms. Folsom to focus on strategic and transitional matters while the Company undertakes a comprehensive search for a permanent replacement.
The Company issued a press release announcing Ms. Folsom’s resignation, which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
