On December 14, 2016, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Tyson Foods, Inc. increased the number of members of the Board to twelve and appointed Cheryl Miller as a member of the Board and the Board’s Audit Committee. Ms. Miller is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AutoNation, Inc., a publicly-traded automotive retailer with major metropolitan franchises and e-commerce operations.
