Item 2.02Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 26, 2017, Twitter, Inc. (the Company) announced its
financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 by issuing
a letter to its shareholders and a press release. In its
shareholder letter and press release, the Company also announced
that it would be holding a conference call on April 26, 2017 to
discuss its financial results for the quarter ended March 31,
2017. The full text of the Companys letter to its shareholders
and press release are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit
99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
