On February 10, 2017, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Twilio Inc. approved annual base salary increases for certain of our named executive officers, Lee Kirkpatrick and Karyn Smith, effective retroactively to January 1, 2017. Mr. Kirkpatrick’s salary increased from $380,000 to $500,000 and Ms. Smith’s salary increased from $337,500 to $400,000.
