Inc.
2. Increased Authorized shares of the Company by quorum on July
1st, 2016 from 100,000,000 to 500,000,000
3. Creation of preferred share class for the Company by quorum on
July 1st, 2016 in the amount of 4,000,000 with a conversion rate
of 100 common shares per 1 preferred share.
