On November 23, 2017, Mr. Elliot Maza (“Maza”), resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer of Truli Media Group, Inc. (the “Company”) effective November 27, 2017. Maza’s resignation is for personal reasons and is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
Mr. Miles Jennings, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, will assume the duties and responsibilities of Maza’s position until a new Chief Financial Officer is appointed.
