TripAdvisor, Inc. (the “Company”) previously announced that Barrie Seidenberg, Chief Executive Officer of Attractions, had informed the Company of her intention to transition from her position in order to pursue opportunities outside of the Company. Consistent with the terms of the Transition Services Agreement entered into between Ms. Seidenberg and the Company, Ms. Seidenberg resigned from her position as Chief Executive Officer, Attractions, effective April 30, 2017.
