Item7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June13, 2017, Tribune Media Company (Tribune), announced the
commencement of a consent solicitation with respect to its
outstanding 5.875% Senior Notes due 2022 (the Notes) to effect
certain amendments to the indenture governing the Notes. A copy

incorporated by reference herein.
