On February15, 2018, Ross Levinsohn notified Tribune Media Company (the “Company”) of his decision to resume activities and his position on the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), effectively immediately, following a leave of absence. Mr.Levinsohn was also re-appointed to the Audit Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board. In addition, on February15, 2018, Laura R. Walker notified the Company of her decision to resign from the Audit Committee of the Board.
