On May 22, 2018, Transcat, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2018. The press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.

In addition, on May 23, 2018, the Company posted slides to the Investor Relations section of its website that will accompany the Company’s earnings conference call and webcast at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on May 23, 2018. The slides are attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.2.
