Timothy J. Barberich notified Tokai Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:TKAI) of his resignation as a member of the board of directors of the Company and the compensation, audit and nominating and corporate governance committees thereof, effective immediately. Mr. Barberich’s decision to resign did not result from any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
