Titan Energy, LLC (OTCMKTS:TTEN) Files An 8-K Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of AssetsItem 2.01
As previously announced, on May4, 2017, certain subsidiaries of Titan Energy, LLC (the “Company”) entered into a purchase and sale agreement with Diversified Energy, LLC (as amended, the “Agreement”) to sell its conventional Appalachia and Marcellus assets for an aggregate of $84.2million. On June30, 2017, the Company completed the sale of a majority of the assets to be sold to the Agreement for cash proceeds of approximately $66.6million. The Company expects to complete the sale of the remainder of the assets for additional cash proceeds of $11.4million by September 2017.
