On March 17, 2017, Robert W. Martin, President and Chief
Executive Officer, Colleen Zuhl, Senior Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer, and Jeffery Tryka, Director of Corporate
Development and Investor Relations, of Thor Industries, Inc. (the
Company) participated in an electronic meeting with investors
sponsored by Robert W. Baird Co. Incorporated. During the
meeting, they reviewed a slide presentation that outlined certain
information concerning the Company as well as current industry
trends affecting the Company.
A copy of the Companys slide presentation is being furnished to
Regulation FD as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K
and is incorporated by reference herein. The information in the
slide presentation shall not be deemed to be filed for the
