On December 8, 2016, The Providence Service Corporation and its
subsidiary LogistiCare Solutions, LLC (Logisticare) issued a
press release announcing that LogistiCares Chief Executive
Officer, Herman Schwarz, will step down from his
positioneffective January 4, 2017 at the expiration of his
current employment agreement. The press release is set forth in
