On December 28, 2016 G. Chris Andersen notified Terex Corporation (“Terex”) of his resignation from the Terex Board of Directors effective December 30, 2016.
Given Mr. Andersen’s extensive experience and knowledge of the Company, Mr. Andersen will continue as an advisor to the Company in the capacity of Director Emeritus. In this role, Mr. Andersen will be invited to attend and participate in all Board meetings. However, as Director Emeritus, Mr. Andersen will not be required to attend Board meetings and will not be entitled to a vote at meetings.
