On December 6, 2017, Mr. Kim Giffoni tendered his resignation as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Targeted Medical Pharma, Inc. (the “Company”) to focus on other business activities. At the time of his resignation, Mr. Giffoni served as Interim Chief Executive Officer and Director. Mr. Giffoni will remain a member of the Company’s Board and will serve as the Company’s Executive Vice President of Foreign Sales. Mr. Giffoni did not resign as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
