On March27, 2018, Synacor, Inc. (the “Company”) and Google Inc. (“Google”) entered into an Extension Amendment to Google Services Agreement, effective as of March29, 2018 (the “Extension Amendment”). The Extension Amendment extends the term of that certain Google Services Agreement between the Company and Google effective as of March1, 2011, as amended, for an additional one month from its current expiration date of March28, 2018. A copy of the Extension Amendment is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 10.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
