On March 31, 2017, Surna Inc. (the Company) issued a press
release announcing its financial results for the fiscal year
ended December 31, 2016. On that same day, the Company held a
conference call to discuss its financial results for the fiscal
year ended December 31, 2016. A copy of the press release is
