On February 13, 2018, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Surna Inc. (the “Company”) adopted a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code”) to replace and supersede the existing Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Code. The primary substantive changes included the removal of certain provisions regarding workplace rules that are more appropriately covered in the Company’s employment policies and handbook.
