On August2, 2017, Supernus Pharmaceuticals,Inc. (“Supernus” or the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its financial results for the second quarter ended June30, 2017. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
