On December 13, 2016, Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. (the
“Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of
Directors has declared a fourth quarter dividend of $0.53 per
share of common stock. The dividend will be paid in cash on
January 17, 2017 to stockholders of record on December 31, 2016.
A copy of the press release is attached herewith as Exhibit 99.1
to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by
reference.
