On September 30, 2019, Helle Kristoffersen resigned from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of SunPower Corporation (the “Company”). Ms. Kristoffersen had served as the designee of Total Solar International SAS, formerly known as Total Gas & Power USA, SAS (“Total”) to the Affiliation Agreement, dated April 28, 2011, as amended, between Total and the Company. A replacement appointment is in process and the seat is expected to be filled shortly.
