As previously agreed and announced, Howard Wenger, President, Business Units of SunPower Corporation (the “Company”), and the Company agreed in November 2016 that Mr. Wenger would transition out of the Company. Mr. Wenger’s last day of employment with the Company was March 3, 2017.
