Change in Fiscal Year.
On April 17, 2017, the Board of Directors (the Board) of Strayer
Education, Inc. (the Company) approved a First Amendment
(Amendment) to the Companys Amended and Restated Bylaws (the
Bylaws) to provide stockholders the right to amend the Bylaws
with a majority vote of all shares outstanding and entitled to
vote on the matter.
