a press release announcing that the Board of Directors of its
general partner declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.33
per common unit for the first quarter of 2017 payable on May15,
2017 to holders of record as of the close of business on May8,

this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by
reference.
