On August 7, 2017, Star Gas Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Partnership”), issued a press release announcing the acquisition of two businesses that further expand its customer base and, in one case, its geographic footprint. The Partnership purchased certain assets of one entity in Imlay City, Michigan and another located in Plainview, New York. A copy of the press release is furnished within this report as Exhibit 99.1.
