On July 30, 2019, Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a prospectus supplement covering its previously announced public offering of 428,600 shares of its common stock at a purchase price of $1.40 per share. The Company is filing herewith the opinion of Haynes and Boone, LLP as an exhibit to its shelf registration statement on Form S-3 (Registration No. 333-230503), including the base prospectus, previously filed with and declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on April 11, 2019, as supplemented by such prospectus supplement.
The closing of the public offering is expected to occur on July 31, 2019.
