On January 7, 2019, STAAR Surgical Company (the “Company”) published a press release reporting selected preliminary financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended December 28, 2018, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by this reference. The financial information is unaudited and subject to adjustment in the final audited financial statements to be filed with the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K.
