Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year |
On June13, 2017, the Board of Directors (the Board) of Sparton
Corporation (the Company) approved an amendment (the Amendment)
to the Companys Code of Regulations (the Code) effective as of
June13, 2017. The Amendment extended the deadline for
shareholders to nominate persons for election to the Board at the
2017 annual meeting of shareholders to August18, 2017. Any
director nominations received by the Company at or prior to the
close of business on August18, 2017, and otherwise complying with
the Code, may be brought before the Companys 2017 annual meeting
of shareholders.
