Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
“Company”), announced today that its Board of Directors has
declared a quarterly cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2016
in the amount of $0.3625 per share of Class A common stock. This
amount represents an annualized dividend of $1.45 per share. The
dividend will be paid on March 16, 2017 to holders of record of
the Class A common stock on March 1, 2017.
Form 8-K, including Exhibit 99.1, is being furnished and shall
