On November 28, 2018, Southwest Georgia Financial Corporation announced that its Board of Directors at its meeting declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per common share. The dividend is payable December 20, 2018, to shareholders of record on December 10, 2018. Southwest Georgia Financial Corporation or its predecessor, Southwest Georgia Bank, has paid cash dividends for 90 consecutive years.
