Section 8 — Other Events

On March 8, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing its planned corporate name change to PeerStream, Inc. Subject to the receipt of requisite approvals from applicable regulatory authorities, the name change will be effective at the opening of trading hours on March 12, 2018, and the Company’s common stock will begin trading under the new ticker symbol “PEER.” A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated by reference herein.
