On February21, 2018, SM Energy Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its fourth quarter and full year 2017 financial and operating results, year end 2017 reserves, and the Company’s 2018 operating plan. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated by reference herein.
As indicated in the press release, the Company posted both an investor presentation and pre-recorded discussion to its website in conjunction with this release. In addition, the Company scheduled a conference call for February 22, 2018, at 8:00 a.m. (Mountain Time) to answer questions. The conference call is publicly accessible via telephone and webcast, and the press release includes instructions for dialing in to the call or accessing via the Company's website.
