On February 16, 2017, the Board of Directors of Silvercrest Asset
Management Group Inc. (the Company) declared a quarterly dividend
of $0.12 per share of Class A common stock, payable to holders of
record as of March 10, 2017 (the Record Date).The dividend will
be paid on or about March 17, 2017.
