On April 29, 2019, Michael P. Scarpelli notified ServiceNow, Inc. (the Company) of his decision to resign from his position as the Companys Chief Financial Officer after the release of the Companys earnings for the second quarter of 2019. The Company has initiated a search for Mr. Scarpellis successor.
