On March 23, 2017, Shane ODriscoll, a Director of Seaniemac
International, Ltd. (the Company) resigned from his position as a
Director of the Company due to personal reasons.
Mr. ODriscoll did not resign due to any disagreement with the
Company, including any disagreement related to the Companys
operations, practices or policies. Mr. ODriscolls departure is
unrelated in any manner to any past, present or contemplated
accounting or finance issue or to anydisagreementover accounting
treatment or policy.
