Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 15, 2016, TVN Finance Corporation III AB, an indirect
wholly-owned subsidiary of Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc.,
notified the holders of its 7.375% Senior Notes due 2020 that it
would be executing an early redemption for the balance of the
notes outstanding in the amount of 323.2 million, comprising
principal of 301.0 million, accrued but unpaid interest of 11.1
million and premium of 11.1 million. The record date is set as
December 14, 2016, and the redemption date as December 15, 2016.
