Resignation from the Board of Directors of Wolfgang Schoellkopf

On April 21, 2017, Wolfgang Schoellkopf, a director of Santander Consumer USA Holdings Inc. (the “Company”), submitted his resignation as a director of the Company (the “Company”), effective as of April 21, 2017.
