On November 17, 2017, Rite Aid Corporation (the “Company”) announced the retirement of Tony Montini, the Company’s Executive Vice President of Merchandising and Distribution, after 7 years of distinguished service. Mr. Montini's retirement will be effective as of December 15, 2017.
The Company issued a press release with respect to Mr. Montini’s retirement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
